What you get

What our app developers build for UAE and GCC companies.

Every app comes with the parts users never see: the backend and APIs, the admin dashboard your team runs it from, payments, notifications, and Arabic and English screens from the first design.

Booking and on-demand apps
Customers pick a service, a time and a place, providers accept the job, and your team sees bookings and earnings. Home beauty, nursing, repairs and pet care.
Marketplaces
Two sides in one app: clients post a request or browse, and professionals or sellers reply with offers, with profiles, ratings and chat.
Mobility, rental and delivery
A customer app, a driver app and the dashboards that dispatch them, with live location, trips or orders, and payouts.
Shopping apps
Catalogue, cart, checkout and order tracking, connected to the stock and orders your store already runs on.
Field team apps
Jobs, checklists, photos and signatures for technicians and inspectors, synced to the system your office uses.
Members, learning and giving
Workout plans, lessons, donations or tips, with accounts, progress and in-app payments.
Cross-platform
Flutter (our default), React Native
Native
Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
Booking platform development in Dubai: what to launch first
How it runs · 6 steps

How an app project runs with us, and who does what.

Quality is built into every step: CTO oversight on the architecture, independent QA before each release, and a dated plan in FloPlan, the delivery software we built and use ourselves. Each phase ends with something you can check on your own phone.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Who: you or your product lead, with our product owner and project manager. Delivers: the users and what each must do, the first-release feature list, the systems the app connects to, and a written scope with a dated plan.

  2. 02

    Design

Who: a UI/UX designer, with native Arabic speakers on our core team checking every Arabic screen. Delivers: clickable prototypes of the main journeys in Arabic and English, which you try and approve before development.

  3. 03

    Architecture

Who: a CTO-level lead. Delivers: the framework choice and the reasons for it, the backend and data model, and how payments, maps and your other systems connect, signed off before the build.

  4. 04

    Build in short cycles

Who: mobile and backend developers, with a technical lead reviewing the code. Delivers: the app, its backend and the admin dashboard, with a test build you install at the end of every cycle.

  5. 05

    Independent QA and store release

Who: a QA engineer who doesn’t write the code, then your team. Delivers: each release tested on iOS and Android phones in both languages, then the listings and submission to the App Store and Google Play from your company’s accounts.

  6. 06

    Launch and the next releases

Who: the same team, then a smaller team on support. Delivers: fixes, updates for new iOS and Android versions, and the next features in the plan. If you would rather grow your own team, our developers can join it.

Questions before a first call.

How much does it cost to build an app in Dubai?

Your price is agreed in your proposal, after discovery, and it follows the effort: the roles the app needs and the phases they carry it through. Most apps need a product owner, a designer, mobile and backend developers and QA, with a CTO-level lead on the architecture. What moves the effort is the user roles and screens, payments and payouts, live location, each system the app connects to, Arabic and English, and cross-platform or native. Send us your feature list, and we reply with an estimate of the effort, the team and the price.

Flutter, React Native or native: which will you recommend?

Flutter, unless your app gives a reason to choose otherwise. It gives you one codebase for iOS and Android, a custom design that looks the same on every phone, and a switch between Arabic and English inside the app. We recommend React Native when the people who will maintain the app work in React, and native Swift and Kotlin when the app depends on device hardware, such as Bluetooth devices, AR or all-day background location. The recommendation and its reasons go into your scope.

How long until our app is in the App Store and Google Play?

Your launch date goes into the plan at the end of discovery, before design starts. A focused first release, with the rest saved for later releases, reaches the stores sooner. Each extra user role, payments and payouts, integrations and native features add the most time, and store review by Apple and Google is part of the plan.

Do you have app developers in Dubai?

Your project is led from our head office in Dubai Digital Park. Our core team of app developers, designers and QA engineers are native Arabic speakers who work in English from Egypt, on the Sunday to Thursday week, which overlaps most of the UAE working week. If you want Flutter developers inside your own team rather than a project, we find candidates for your roles, and you interview them and choose who joins.

Do you build apps in both Arabic and English?

Yes, we build iOS and Android apps in Arabic and English for companies in Dubai, the UAE and the GCC, as one app with a language switch inside it. Qargo, the car rental and ride-hailing platform we built in Qatar, works in both languages inside the app. Arabic and English screens are designed together from the first prototype, not mirrored from the English at the end, and native Arabic speakers on our core team check them. That covers the layout and which icons flip, Arabic fonts and line height, numbers, dates and prices, brand names and phone numbers inside Arabic sentences, forms, push notifications, and your App Store and Google Play listings in both languages.

What should we ask an app developer before choosing one?

Ask which framework they recommend for your app and why, who signs off the architecture, and who tests apart from the developers. Ask who designs and checks the Arabic screens, whether the App Store and Google Play accounts will be in your company’s name, who owns the code, and who keeps the app working when Apple and Google release new versions. Ask where you will see the plan and its dates, then ask to talk to the team behind an app that is live in the stores.

Should we start with an app, a website or software for our team?

An app pays when customers come back often, to book, reorder or track. A website comes first when most visitors are new and arrive from search. If the work happens in the field or the back office, start with the system your team uses, then add the customer app. Many projects need both: an app for customers and a web dashboard for your team.

Have you built apps for companies in the UAE and the GCC?

Yes. HUQOUQ is a UAE legal services app that connects clients with qualified lawyers. In Qatar we built Qargo as four connected parts: a self-drive rental app, a driver app, and dashboards for admins and business partners. Spoiled and Zidly, two apps we built in Kuwait, are in the case studies on this page.

Tell us what the app has to do at launch.

Send us your app idea, who will use it, what you use today and your launch timing. We reply with the phases, the team and an estimate for your first release. We reply by email first and set up a call only if you want one. Asking commits you to nothing, and we sign an NDA first if you ask.
