This Privacy Policy explains how Flojics Technology (“Flojics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website at flojics.com (the “website”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

Flojics Technology is a software development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in our contact form, email us or call us, we collect the information you choose to share with us. Through the contact form, this includes:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number (optional)
  • your company name (optional)
  • the service you are interested in (optional)
  • your message and anything you include in it
  • your agreement to our use of these details to reply to you

If we go on to work together, we will also hold the business contact details and correspondence needed to provide our services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information about your visit, such as:

  • the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the website or link that brought you to us

HubSpot, our CRM and marketing platform

We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform. When you submit our contact form, the details you enter are sent to HubSpot and stored there so that our team can respond to you and keep track of our conversation.

When enabled on the website, HubSpot may also set tracking cookies (such as hubspotutk) that help us understand which pages are visited and link your visits to a form you submit. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf. You can learn more in the HubSpot Privacy Policy.

Other service providers

We also use trusted service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as website hosting providers, analytics tools and email services. These providers only process personal data on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share your information:

  • with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as HubSpot and our hosting and analytics providers;
  • with professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed;
  • when required by law, for example in response to a valid request from a court, regulator or public authority, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others; and
  • as part of a business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case the information would remain protected by appropriate safeguards.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including HubSpot, may store or process your information outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the European Union or the United States. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your information is protected in line with applicable data protection laws, for example by relying on contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or on the transfer mechanisms our providers have in place.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

If your inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we periodically review and delete information that we no longer need. Information about clients is kept for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as the law requires or allows.
