Mobile app and SaaS development for Qatar, from the team that built Qargo
We design and build mobile apps and the SaaS dashboards behind them for companies in Qatar. Our engineers in Alexandria work the same Sunday to Thursday week as Doha, and our Dubai headquarters runs the contract.

What a Qatari app has to get right.
Data privacy, licensed payments and Arabic come up in every Qatar project. Cloud rules apply only if you are QCB-regulated.

Which app have you built for a company in Qatar?
Qargo, a mobility platform in Doha, built in four parts: a Self-Drive Rental app, a Driver app, a Partner Dashboard and an Admin Dashboard. Prices in the app are in QAR, and it is on Google Play.
Who runs a Qatar project, and from where?
Our Dubai headquarters runs the contract, and our core team of delivery leads, QA and engineers works from Dubai and Alexandria, Egypt. We have no office in Qatar. Doha and Alexandria share the Sunday to Thursday week, with no time difference in Egyptian summer time and one hour in winter.
Which payment methods can a Qatari app take?
Card and wallet payments run through banks and providers licensed by Qatar Central Bank. We integrate a QCB-licensed gateway, with prices in QAR, and design deposits, refunds and partner payouts around it.
Can you build the partner and admin side as well as the app?
Yes. Alongside its rental and driver apps, Qargo has a Partner Dashboard for its business partners and an Admin Dashboard for the people who run the platform. To talk to the team that built it, book a meeting from the case study page.
Does the QCB cloud regulation apply to our project?
Only if your firm is regulated by Qatar Central Bank. In that case we agree the hosting region and cloud controls with your risk team before the architecture is fixed.
How do you handle personal data under Qatar’s privacy law?
Law No. 13 of 2016 asks for consent, a clear purpose and secure storage. We map every personal-data field and where it is stored in discovery, before development starts. Firms in the Qatar Financial Centre follow its own data rules.
Our users switch between Arabic and English. Can the app handle both?
Yes. Our Arabic-native designers lay out both languages from the first wireframe, including right-to-left screens, numerals and mixed-language text.
