About Zidly
Zidly (“Your Kindness Delivered”) is a digital tipping and donation platform built around QR codes. Customers scan a code at the location and send a tip or donation from their phone, and they decide exactly who it goes to: one employee, a whole team, or a community case that needs help. The platform aims to be more than a payment tool: a community where small contributions make a real difference.
What did Flojics Technology do?
Flojics Technology built Zidly for both sides of a tip: the customer flow for scanning a code and sending money, and a dedicated mobile app where workers and beneficiaries receive and manage their tips and donations.
How it works
- Scan: the customer points their phone camera at the Zidly code at the venue.
- Choose: they pick an employee, a team or a community case and send the amount.
- Receive: the money shows up in the recipient’s Zidly app.
Key Features
- Three ways to give: a tip for one person, a tip for a whole team, or a donation to a community case.
- Recipient wallet: workers and beneficiaries see every transaction, their recent activity and their balance.
- Fair team splits: money sent to a team can be shared out among its members.
- Giving forward: recipients can later use the platform to support others.
- Short onboarding: a few intro screens explain the scan-and-tip idea before sign-up, with a separate way in for existing members.
