AI-First Engineering and Process Automation in Dubai, UAE
AI built into new products, AI tools that speed up our own engineering, and a senior team for the problems AI doesn’t solve. We choose the mix per project and connect it to the systems you already run.
What we build with AI.
AI goes where it does the job well. Where a rule has to give the same answer every time, ordinary code does it.
- Assistants
- Assistants inside your apps and portals that answer from your own documents and records.
- Document reading
- Invoices, forms and contracts turned into structured data, with a person checking the uncertain cases.
- Search
- Search across your documents and records that works from the question, not only the exact keywords.
- Workflow automation
- Approvals, hand-offs and repetitive tasks automated across your teams and systems.
- AI in the apps you run
- AI features added to the applications, ERP and CRM your team already uses, where they save time.
- Data and reporting
- Scattered data brought together into dashboards and reports that stay up to date.
Three ways of working, chosen per project.
Most projects use more than one. We agree at the start which applies to which part of the work.
Questions before a first call.
When is AI the right tool, and when isn’t it?
AI fits work with messy inputs: reading documents, answering questions from your content, sorting requests. Where a rule must give the exact same answer every time, such as a tax calculation or an approval limit, ordinary code is simpler and safer, so that is what we use.
Will our code or data be shared with AI tools?
Only with the tools agreed for your project. Which AI tools may see your code or data, and which may not, is agreed per project before work starts.
Who owns code written with AI tools?
You do, on the same terms as the rest of the code we write for you: the code and IP pass to you at the end of the project, once the contract is completed and paid, as written in your agreement. AI-assisted work is covered like any other work.
How do you check what AI produces?
AI output can be wrong, so we plan for it. Engineers review and test AI-drafted code like any other code. AI features in your product are tested on real examples, and a person reviews the cases where the stakes are high.
Does AI-assisted delivery make a project cheaper?
It can shorten parts of the work, such as first drafts of code, tests and documentation. Review, testing and the hard design decisions still take engineers’ time, so we price on scope, not on a promised speed-up.
What is the dedicated team for?
For problems where AI tools help least: old systems with little documentation, many integrations, heavy load or strict security needs. A senior team takes the problem end to end, and can work inside your own team through team extension.
Do we need a new platform?
Usually not. We build software and ERP systems ourselves, so we connect automation and AI features to the tools you already use.
Where do you start?
With one process or one feature. Once it runs and your team sees the result, we extend to the next one.
