Top Mobile App Development Companies in the UAE (2026): Compared, Not Ranked
The top mobile app development companies in the UAE, compared, not ranked: 11 firms with UAE offices, Clutch ratings, platforms and Arabic support.

Search for the top mobile app development companies in the UAE and most results are “top 10” lists posted on forums, many written by one of the agencies they rank, often at number one. A shortlist built on them is a gamble: you can spend months and much of a budget before you find out the firm wasn’t the right fit for your app.
How do you shortlist a mobile app development company in the UAE?
Quick answer: Check facts you can verify yourself: a UAE office address on the company’s own site, its founding year, its Clutch rating read together with the number of reviews, and live apps you can download. Match its stated focus to your project, shortlist three to five firms and ask each one the same ten questions.

Flojics is one of the companies on this list. That is why we don’t rank anyone: every entry shows the same checkable facts, with sources, so you can decide.

How this comparison was put together
Every company here passed three checks: a UAE office address on its own website, mobile apps built for clients, and facts anyone can check in public. Some names that appear on forum lists are missing because we could find their UAE address only in directories, or because they mainly build something other than client apps. Each company appears once, in the group that matches the focus its own site states, in alphabetical order within that group.
Eleven UAE app companies side by side
Read the Clutch rating and the review count together: a perfect score from a handful of reviews tells you less than a slightly lower one from dozens. “Not stated” means we did not find Arabic or RTL (right-to-left) work on the company’s own site, not that it can’t build it. “Fits projects like” repeats the industries each company names.

Almost every company lists the same four technologies, so the platforms column won’t separate them. Their live apps and their reviews will.

10 questions to ask every company on your shortlist
Ask every firm the same questions, in writing, and compare the answers side by side:
- Where is your UAE office, and can we meet there? The address on the website should be a place you can visit.
- Who will build our app, and where does each person sit? Names and roles, and whether any part is subcontracted.
- Which two of your apps can we download that are close to ours? Then ask to speak to those clients.
- Flutter, React Native or native: which do you recommend for our app, and why? A good answer refers to your features, not to the firm’s habits.
- Can you show us an Arabic app you built? Switch the phone to Arabic: menus, icons and text should mirror from right to left, not just change language.
- What do you need to know before you price it? Look for a discovery step and a quote that lists its assumptions and exclusions.
- Are the backend and the admin panel in the quote? The app is the part users see; the server and the panel your team works from are separate pieces of work.
- Who tests the app, and how? Someone other than the developer who wrote the code, on real phones.
- Whose name are the App Store, Google Play and code accounts in? They should be in your company’s name.
- What happens after launch? Who fixes bugs, who handles the yearly iOS and Android updates, and how that support is priced.

Quality built into every step. Every project we deliver runs on the same process: CTO oversight on the architecture and the decisions that are expensive to reverse, independent QA before each release, and a dated plan in FloPlan, the delivery software we built and use ourselves. Frequently asked questions
Are 'top 10 app companies' lists reliable?
Use them for names, not for the order. Many are posted by one of the companies listed, often at number one, and few link to a source for any figure. Check each firm's UAE address, its Clutch rating together with the review count, and its live apps yourself, or start from the sourced table in this article.
Should I pick a Dubai company or an offshore one?
Choose on who builds your app and whether you can meet them. A UAE office gives you a local company to deal with and people in your time zone, and many firms pair it with engineers elsewhere, Flojics included, with its office in Dubai and its core team in Alexandria. Ask where each person on your project sits, and check the headquarters on the company's Clutch profile.
How many companies should I get quotes from?
Three to five. Fewer leaves you nothing to compare; more turns comparing into a second job. Send each the same one-page brief, so every quote prices the same scope, then ask every firm the ten questions in this article and compare the answers side by side.
Who owns the app and code?
Your company does. The App Store and Google Play accounts can be in your company's name too, so the app is published under your brand.
Do UAE app companies build in Arabic?
Many do, but not all say so. Of the eleven companies in this comparison, six state Arabic or right-to-left design on their own site and one more shows it in a case study. Ask to download an Arabic app they built and switch your phone to Arabic: the layout should mirror from right to left, not just swap the words.
