PET360 is a pet-care platform that brings together products from multiple pet stores and veterinary services, with a focus on quality, accessibility and ease for pet owners.

The Challenge

PET360 wanted to give pet owners one easy-to-use place to shop from multiple pet stores and book veterinary care, while giving stores the tools to manage their side of the service.

What did Flojics Technology do?

Flojics Technology built the PET360 app. Pet owners buy products for the animal they own from multiple pet stores and book three kinds of service online: grooming, training and veterinary care, either in-clinic or through secure video consultations. Stores and service providers manage their orders, inventory and appointments from the mobile app and a web dashboard. Prices are shown in AED, and the app is built to support more than one region.

How it works

1. Provider sign-up. A store or service provider registers and uploads its documents on the onboarding screen: proof of a physical location, medical licences for services, and financial approvals.
2. Admin approval. Nothing is listed until an admin approves it. Grooming, training and especially veterinary services also need certified qualifications.
3. Listings by location. Approved providers appear only to pet owners near them, based on the location each owner registered.
4. Running the store. Providers manage listings and update order and booking statuses from the app or the web dashboard.
