About Spoiled
Spoiled is a beauty and personal care platform that brings salon services to the client’s home. Its tagline is “You deserve to be spoiled”. Clients book beauty and self-care services at the place and time they choose, without a trip to a crowded salon.
What did Flojics Technology do?
Flojics Technology built the Spoiled mobile app for clients and the admin dashboard that runs it. The app covers service booking and a beauty product shop. The dashboard tracks customers, service providers, bookings and earnings.
How it works
- Choose a service: the client browses hair care, skincare, makeup, nail care and other treatments.
- Book: they choose a date, a time and the place, usually their home, and can pick a preferred specialist.
- Visit: the assigned specialist comes to the client’s home.
- Shop: in the same app, the client can buy the beauty and skincare products recommended for their routine.
Key Features
- My Orders: upcoming and past bookings, each with the provider, order number, date, total cost and status.
- Trending offers: discounted treatments with the old and new price and a star rating.
- Gift bookings: a client can pay for a service as a gift. The person receiving it gets a card to pick their own date before the gift expires.
- Admin dashboard: totals for customers, providers and bookings, booking and earning charts by period, and pages for users, providers, notifications, broadcasts, admin roles, activity logs and service categories.
