- What every business website needs

How a website project runs with us, and who does what.
Quality is built into every step: CTO oversight on the CMS and integrations, and a dated plan in FloPlan, the delivery software we built and use ourselves. Each phase ends with something you can check.
- 01
Discovery and site plan
Who: your marketing or sales lead, with our project manager and designer. Delivers: who visits and what each should do, a sitemap with every page template, the content each page needs and who supplies it, titles planned for what buyers search in English and in Arabic, a redirect map of every old URL for a redesign, and a written scope with a dated plan.
- 02
Design in both languages
Who: a UI/UX designer, with native Arabic speakers on our core team checking the Arabic. Delivers: each page template in English and Arabic, on phone and desktop, approved by you before the build.
- 03
Build on the CMS
Who: front-end and back-end developers, with a technical lead reviewing the code. Delivers: responsive templates, the CMS your team edits in both languages, forms that reach the right inbox, and analytics.
- 04
Independent QA
Who: a QA engineer who didn’t build the site, then your team. Delivers: every template checked in both languages on phones and browsers, forms tested end to end, page speed checked and every redirect tested.
- 05
Launch and handover
Who: the same team. Delivers: the switch-over, Search Console and analytics checked in your company’s accounts, and your team trained on the CMS.

Your app, designed with your website.
A website presents your company. When customers need to log in, book or pay, that is a web app, a portal or a mobile app. Our designers draw those screens on the same design as your site, in Arabic and English, and we build them as their own project. Many companies start with the website and add the app later.

How much does website design cost in Dubai?
Your price is agreed in your proposal, after discovery, and it follows the effort: the roles the site needs, usually a designer, developers and QA with a project manager, and the phases they carry it through. What moves the effort is the number of page templates, Arabic and English, how much your team edits in the CMS, forms and the systems they feed, who supplies the copy and photos, and for a redesign, how much content and how many old URLs move. Send us your sitemap or your current site, and we reply with an estimate of the effort, the team and the price.

How long does it take to design and build a website?
Your launch date goes into the plan at the end of discovery, before design starts. What sets it is the number of page templates, whether the copy and photos are ready in both languages, how many people approve the designs, and for a redesign, the redirect map. Copy is the most common cause of delay, so we agree early who supplies it.
Do you build websites on WordPress, or custom?
Both, and your site decides. Your own design on WordPress or another proven CMS suits most company sites, because your team edits pages, news and services itself. A custom build fits a site that is really a web app, with accounts, bookings, calculators or portals. If you run WordPress today, a redesign can stay on it; moving pays when the platform is the problem, such as plugins nobody updates or pages that stay slow. We have done both: a WordPress redesign for TheEffectArt, and our own flojics.com, rebuilt off WordPress.
What does a proper Arabic version of a website include?
More than mirrored pages. The layout, menus and icons that point a direction are flipped, and Arabic fonts and line height are checked on every screen size. Numbers, dates, phone numbers and brand names inside Arabic text are checked, and forms accept Arabic input. Arabic pages get their own titles and descriptions for what Arabic speakers search, and Google is told which page is the other language’s version.
Who owns the website, the domain, the hosting and the content?
Your company. Keep the domain, hosting, analytics and Search Console in your company’s accounts, so nothing depends on us. The copy and photos you supply stay yours. The code passes to you at the end of the project, once it is completed and paid.
Do you maintain the website after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. Care after launch covers security and plugin updates, backups, fixes, and small changes such as a new section or page template, while your team keeps adding pages and news itself. Ask each UAE website design company you compare to list every item on its own line, with who pays which provider.
