Compare the four options side by side

Rates and terms are agreed in your proposal. On staff augmentation and dedicated teams, HR, payroll and replacements sit with us, so visas, allowances, end-of-service obligations and recruitment fees never land on your side. You can start with one developer and grow into a dedicated team.

Working hours

Alexandria shares the Gulf working day, and Houston covers the US.

How it works

From the first call to engineers in your stand-ups.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A 20–30-minute call about your product, stack, roles, seniority, working hours and budget.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

We source candidates for your roles from the market, and from our core team where one fits, then share profiles with our own assessment notes. You get people chosen for the skills you asked for.

  3. 03

    Your interviews

You interview the candidates, can set a technical task and decide who joins.

  4. 04

    Contract and onboarding

NDA, master agreement and statement of work, then access to your tools, repositories and channels, and an introduction to your team.

  5. 05

    Ongoing

Daily stand-ups and sprint demos in your rituals, monthly reporting, check-ins with your account manager and performance reviews. Scale up or down as your roadmap changes.

FAQ

Interviews, location, US hours and Arabic.

What is the difference between staff augmentation and a dedicated team?

With staff augmentation, one or more developers join your team and you manage their work. A dedicated team is recruited to your needs under a long-term contract: you approve every person and set the priorities, our delivery lead runs the process, and we handle HR, payroll and replacements. With Build-Operate-Transfer, you can take over the engineers we recruited for you when the contract ends; our delivery lead and QA stay with our core team and hand over the process and documentation.

Can I interview developers before they join?

Yes. We source candidates and share a shortlist. You interview every candidate, can set a technical task and approve only the people you want.

Where do the engineers work?

Our core team works from our office in Alexandria, Egypt. For people we recruit for you, location and working hours are part of the brief you approve. Our headquarters is at Dubai Digital Park, and our Houston office is on US Central time.

How much overlap do we get with US hours?

On a standard 09:00–18:00 day in Alexandria, about 1 hour with US Central time and about 2 hours with US Eastern time. The rest of the day runs on written handovers in your tools.

Do your engineers speak Arabic?

Our core team are native Arabic speakers who work in English with international teams, which helps with Arabic product requirements, right-to-left interfaces and Gulf stakeholders. When we recruit for you, Arabic goes into the brief if your project needs it.

Tell us who you need: roles, seniority, start date and time zone.

A Flojics account manager replies with next steps. We are happy to sign your NDA first.
