What you get

What our website maintenance covers each month.

Care is planned around what your site must keep doing: stay safe, stay online and keep enquiries reaching your sales team. Your proposal lists each job by name.

Security updates
Security fixes for the CMS, theme, plugins and PHP version, applied after a fresh backup, with the version numbers in your report.
CMS, theme and plugin updates
WordPress core, themes and plugins, or a custom site’s framework and packages, tested before they go live. Anything held back is listed, with the reason.
Backups and restore tests
Files and database backed up into your own hosting account, with restores tested on a copy of the site, so you know a backup works before the day you need it.
Uptime, forms and checkout
Outside checks that your key pages answer, and a test enquiry from every form, in English and Arabic, to the inbox or CRM it should reach. On a store, a test order through the checkout.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Loading and responsiveness measured on real visits in Search Console, checked again after any big change, with what slowed a page and what was done about it.
Content changes
Text, images, new pages and news in both languages, within the scope your proposal sets, while your own team keeps editing in the CMS.
Arabic, right to left and both languages in step
After every update, the main Arabic templates are checked on a phone: text direction, Arabic fonts, icons that flip, numbers and phone numbers inside Arabic text, and forms typed in Arabic.
SSL, domain and licence renewals
Every expiry date tracked, with auto-renewal switched on and checked, and each one in your company’s name.
A monthly report
One page each month: what was updated, any incident and what was done, renewals coming up, speed, and where each test enquiry landed.
Platforms
WordPress and custom sites (Laravel/PHP)
Languages
English and Arabic, right to left

How it runs · 4 steps

How monthly care runs with us, and who does what.

Quality is built into every step: CTO oversight on the CMS and hosting set-up, and independent QA before each update or change goes live. Your hosting, domain and logins stay in your company’s accounts; we are invited as users, and we don’t sell hosting.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

Who: you, with our team. You get: a look at your site, its CMS and plugins, the hosting and who holds the logins, and a plain answer on whether monthly care fits, or whether fixes or a redesign should come first.

  2. 02

    Proposal and access

Who: your team and our project manager. You get: a proposal that lists each monthly job, where content changes end and new work begins, and response times written as commitments. You invite us as users to the hosting, the CMS and analytics.

  3. 03

    Updates and changes

Who: a developer makes them, and a QA engineer who didn’t make them checks the forms, the checkout and both languages before they go live. Native Arabic speakers on our core team check the Arabic pages.

  4. 04

    Requests and the monthly report

Who: your project manager, your one contact. You send requests by email, and changes go live once you approve them. You get the monthly report and a note of the renewals coming up.

Which one fits

Monthly care, one‑off fixes or a redesign?

Monthly care keeps a sound site in good order. It can’t fix a weak foundation, and a single fix doesn’t keep anyone watching the site.

OptionFits whenWhat you getWhat it doesn’t do
Monthly careThe site is sound and brings in enquiries, but nobody checks it each month.Updates, tested backups, form and Arabic checks, content changes and a monthly report.Fix a theme that no longer gets updates, or a structure that no longer matches what you sell.
One-off fixesOne thing is wrong or missing: a form that stopped sending, a new section, a slow page. That change, tested and handed back.Watch the site afterwards: updates and renewals keep piling up.
RedesignThe theme no longer gets updates, updates keep breaking the Arabic pages, or your team can’t edit a page without a developer.A new design and structure, with every old URL redirected to its closest new page, so what ranks keeps its place.Replace care after launch: the new site needs it too.

FAQ · 6

Questions before a first call.

How much do your website maintenance services cost?

Your monthly fee is agreed in your proposal, and it follows your site: the CMS and how many plugins it runs, Arabic and English, the forms, checkout and connections, how much content changes, and the response times you need. Send us your site address, or the quote you were given, and we reply with what monthly care your site needs and an estimate.

Can you maintain a website another company built?

We start with a free consultation. We look at your site, its CMS and plugins, the hosting and who holds the logins, then tell you plainly whether monthly care fits it as it is. If the site needs a redesign first, or isn’t one we should look after, we say so and why.

Do you maintain WordPress websites, or custom ones?

Both, because we build both. On WordPress that means the core, the theme and every plugin, and removing the ones nobody uses. On a custom site, such as Laravel or PHP, it means the framework, its packages and the server set-up. TheEffectArt is a WordPress site we redesigned.

How quickly do you respond when something breaks?

Response times are written into your proposal as commitments, for each level: the site is down, a form or the checkout is broken, or a content change. Uptime checks alert our team when a key page stops answering. Your site is looked after from our head office in Dubai Digital Park, with our core team working from Egypt on the Sunday to Thursday week, which overlaps most of the UAE working week.

Where do the backups go, and who holds the logins?

Your company. Backups go into your own hosting account, and the hosting, domain, CMS, analytics and Search Console stay in your company’s accounts, with us invited as users. So nothing depends on us, and if you change provider, you change users, not accounts.

Who checks the Arabic pages after an update?

Native Arabic speakers on our core team. After each update they open the main Arabic templates on a phone and check the text direction, the Arabic fonts, the icons that flip, numbers, dates and phone numbers inside Arabic text, and forms typed in Arabic. Content changes are made in both languages, so the Arabic pages stay in step with the English.

Tell us about your site, and we say whether monthly care fits.

Book a free consultation, as an online meeting or a phone call, or send us your site address and any maintenance quote you received. We tell you plainly what monthly care your site needs. Asking commits you to nothing, and we sign an NDA first if you ask.
