What we build

Citizen apps, portals, case systems and field tools.

Citizen and business service apps

Native or Flutter apps for iOS and Android to apply, pay, book, track and report. Arabic and English from the first wireframe, with national digital identity login where your entity is approved to use it.

E-service portals

Bilingual portals with service catalogues, application forms, status tracking and a CMS your communications team runs without developers.

Workflow and case management

Approvals, inspections, permits, requests and complaints, with role-based access, SLAs, notifications and complete audit history.

Field operations and security

Apps for guards, inspectors and field staff, such as patrol check-ins, incident reports with photos and location, and checklists, feeding a live supervisor dashboard.

Leadership dashboards

Data from several systems in one view, with exports for official reporting.

Odoo for UAE government-owned companies

Finance, procurement, HR and member management in one ERP, for government-owned companies and chambers in the UAE.

Odoo ERP for UAE public bodies
Security and hosting

Built to clear a government security review.

Public-sector systems are judged on security long before launch. This is part of our standard delivery.

Access and audit

  • Role-based access control and single sign-on, including Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Audit logging of sensitive actions
  • Encryption in transit and at rest, with managed secrets

Delivery practice

  • Peer code review, dependency and vulnerability scanning
  • Testing against OWASP guidance for web and mobile
  • Support for your independent penetration tests, with fixes on agreed timelines

Frameworks we document against

  • UAE Information Assurance Standard (UAE Cyber Security Council)
  • Dubai Electronic Security Center’s Information Security Regulation for Dubai Government entities
  • Saudi NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls and Cloud Cybersecurity Controls

We design systems to support your compliance obligations and document our controls so your security team can map them to these frameworks. We are not a certification body or a law firm. Your organisation and its auditors confirm compliance.

FAQ

Clients, hosting, identity and security reviews.

Which public-sector clients have you worked with?

Our clients include Emirates Post, the UAE Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture, the Saudi Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs, AjmanX and Sharjah Media City (Shams).

Can the system be hosted inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We deploy to in-country cloud regions, government or private clouds, or your own data centre, depending on your data-classification and hosting policies.

Can you integrate UAE PASS or Nafath login?

We can build and test the technical integration. Your entity must first be approved by the identity provider, and we can help prepare the technical information that approval needs.

Do you design Arabic-first interfaces?

Yes. Our designers and engineers are native Arabic speakers, so right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and bilingual content are part of the design from the first wireframe.

Can you work under the Saudi NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls?

Yes. We deliver development, QA and DevOps against your ECC controls. The controls require cybersecurity roles to be held by qualified Saudi nationals, so those roles stay with your own team.

Will you support our penetration test?

Yes. We support independent penetration tests and fix findings on agreed timelines. Peer code review, dependency and vulnerability scanning, and testing against OWASP guidance are part of our standard delivery.

Do you build to accessibility standards?

Yes. For public-sector work we build to WCAG 2.1 AA and test with screen readers on iOS and Android before each release.

Do you sign an NDA before we share project details?

Yes. We sign an NDA before any detailed discussion of your project.
