Dedicated Development Team for Enterprises: More Delivery Without Hiring
A dedicated development team for enterprises: when it fits, how we recruit it to your brief, what to settle before access, and how to take your engineers in-house.

A dedicated development team for enterprises gives you more delivery without more headcount: engineers recruited to your brief, with independent QA and a delivery lead, working only on your product, in your tools and to your priorities. Set it up well and the backlog moves again, your security team signs off before anyone gets access, and the engineers we recruited can join your company when the contract ends.
What is a dedicated development team for enterprises?
It is a long-term team working only on your product: engineers recruited to your brief, independent QA and a delivery lead, plus a tech lead or designer if you need one. You approve every person and set the priorities. We run the team’s process and handle HR, payroll and replacements. With Build-Operate-Transfer, you can take your engineers in-house later.
Know the roles you need? Plan your team →
Every quarter the backlog waits, a roadmap date slips or your own leads stretch further. Hiring each role yourself means adverts, interviews, notice periods, visas and onboarding, one person at a time, and a permanent headcount decision for work tied to one programme. A dedicated team moves the recruiting and the HR to us, against a brief you approve.
When does a dedicated team fit?
For a large company the question is less about cost per head than about control, continuity and how many vendors procurement has to review. A dedicated team fits three situations: a long-running backlog or product line that needs more people than your leads can hire; a modernisation programme, where the team builds the new system while your people keep the old one running; and your own offshore hub, built without setting up hiring, payroll and HR abroad first.
It is the wrong tool for a few weeks of work (buy hours on time and materials), for one or two skills inside your existing team (staff augmentation), or for a fixed scope with no spare leads to direct it (project delivery). Our engagement models page compares the four ways to work side by side. If cost is your first question, see our staff augmentation vs in-house cost breakdown.
How we build your dedicated team
- Your brief. Roles, skills, seniority, working hours, and Arabic if your project needs it. Send your security questionnaire and NDA with it.
- We recruit, you choose. We source candidates from the market, and from our core team where one fits, and screen them with a technical interview, a practical assessment and an English check. You get a shortlist with our notes, interview the candidates, can set your own task and approve only the people you want.
- Contract, then access. The NDA, master agreement and statement of work come first. Then named accounts in your identity provider, with your MFA, and code in your repositories.
- Delivery you can see. Sprint demos with your product owner, a monthly written report (work delivered against plan, open issues, people and access changes) and account manager check-ins.
- Grow, or take your engineers in-house. Add people to the same brief, each approved by you, and we handle replacements. When the contract ends, you can take over the engineers we recruited for you.
Start dates depend on the roles, because each person is recruited to your brief, and they are agreed in your proposal. Our core team of CTO, project managers, QA and engineers works from Dubai and Alexandria, and your contract runs from our headquarters at Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Can you take the team in-house later?
Yes. Our dedicated teams run on Build-Operate-Transfer. We build the team by recruiting to your brief, and you approve every person. We operate it under a long-term contract, handling HR, payroll and replacements while the team works on your product. When the contract ends, you can transfer the engineers we recruited for you to your own company, on terms agreed up front in your proposal. Our delivery lead and QA stay with our core team, and hand over the process and documentation.
You get delivery now and no lock-in later. Our guide to Build-Operate-Transfer for software teams covers how the transfer works.
The enterprise checklist: what to settle before day one
Take this to your security, legal and procurement teams. A provider that wants access first and paperwork later is showing you how it will treat your systems.
| Settle | What good looks like |
|---|---|
| Security review | Your questionnaire answered before the start date, while you interview candidates |
| NDA and IP | An NDA signed before any access. The master agreement and statement of work set confidentiality for every person, and that the code and IP pass to you at the end of the contract term or project, once it is completed and paid |
| Access | Named accounts in your identity provider, with your MFA and only the access each role needs. No shared logins |
| Code | Code, pipelines and documentation in your own repositories from the first commit |
| Data | Production personal data stays in your environment; engineers work on test data by default |
| Working hours | An agreed overlap window. Alexandria shares about seven hours of the Dubai working day |
| Reporting | Sprint demos, a monthly written report and a named account manager |
| Exit | Notice, handover and transfer terms agreed in your proposal |
We design for UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL and PIPEDA, and agree data rules with you before access.

Proof: our engineers inside a client’s team
ButlerFM is facility-management software for cleaning and maintenance businesses. It covers time tracking, inspections, QR code service tracking, inventory and work orders, with a web dashboard for the office and a mobile app for field staff. Our engineers joined the client’s internal team to fill its gaps. ButlerFM’s CEO, John Tsertos, said: “Flojics Technology has effectively filled the gaps in the client’s internal team with highly capable resources. They not only provide quality work but also manage tasks effectively and communicate very well.”
Two of our principles carry into every dedicated team we run:
- Transparent delivery. Clear milestones, reporting and communication, so you see delivered work rather than hours logged.
- CTO oversight. Every project is supervised by senior technical leadership, so architecture calls never rest on one engineer.
For the full set-up, see staff augmentation and dedicated teams.
Backlog outgrowing your team? Plan your team. We ask about your goal, what you use today, your timing and who else should be involved. You leave with clear next steps. The call commits you to nothing, and we sign an NDA first if you want one.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a dedicated development team cost?
A monthly fee per team under a long-term contract, set by the roles, seniority and team size, and agreed in your proposal. HR, payroll and replacements sit with us, so visas, allowances, end-of-service obligations and recruitment fees never land on your side. You can start small and grow the team as your roadmap needs.
How long does it take to build the team?
Each person is recruited to your brief, so start dates depend on the roles and are agreed in your proposal. You can start with one or two people and add the rest as candidates you approve join, so work begins before the full team is in place.
Who controls the team's work?
You set the priorities, accept the work and approve every person who joins. Our delivery lead runs the day-to-day process, and you see progress in sprint demos and a monthly written report. Changes to team size or roles go through the contract, so nothing changes without your sign-off.
Who owns the code, and how is our data protected?
Code, pipelines and documentation sit in your repositories from the first commit, and the code and IP pass to you at the end of the contract term or project, once it is completed and paid, as your agreement sets out. Engineers work through named accounts in your identity provider with your MFA, and production personal data stays in your environment. We sign an NDA before any access.
Can we take our engineers in-house when the contract ends?
Yes. With Build-Operate-Transfer, you can take over the engineers we recruited for you when the contract ends, on transfer terms agreed up front in your proposal. Our delivery lead and QA stay with our core team, and hand over the process and documentation. You are never locked in.
What if a team member isn't the right fit?
Tell your account manager. We recruit a replacement to the same brief, you interview and approve them, and the documentation in your repositories keeps the knowledge in place while they settle in.
