About AlloPro
AlloPro is a service platform that connects people with skilled technicians and home service providers. It covers plumbing, sewage maintenance, electrical repairs and other problems around the house, so users don’t have to hunt for a worker on their own.
What did Flojics Technology do?
Flojics Technology built AlloPro as two mobile apps, one for customers and one for service providers, along with the AlloPro website.
How it works
- Post a job: the customer describes the work, for example a vinyl flooring installation, with the date, time and address.
- Get offers: technicians browse requests in the provider app and apply with their price.
- Compare: the customer checks each technician’s rating, number of reviews and service history, then accepts the offer that fits their needs and budget. Counter offers are shown in the same list.
- Get it fixed: customer and technician talk in the in-app chat. The technician sees the customer’s location and address and goes to the home.

- Matched professionals: a list of suggested technicians with years of experience, their strengths and a contact button.
- Provider app: technicians get more job requests, manage them in one place and reach new customers.
- Consultations and events: the home screen also offers professional consultations and lists upcoming events, such as a CV and interview masterclass.
